1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging E Design Studio LLC for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
E Design Studio LLC provides web design, website development, digital marketing, consulting and related services as described on this website. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are confirmed in writing (a proposal, quote or invoice) before work begins.
3. Fees and payment
Prices are as stated in your quote or invoice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due according to the terms shown on your invoice. See Payment Methods for accepted options.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Our services involve custom work and reserved time, so refunds are handled as follows:
- Cancelled before work begins: full refund.
- Cancelled after work begins: partial refund, minus the value of work already completed.
- Completed and delivered work: not refundable, unless it materially fails to match the agreed scope.
Refund requests should be emailed to [email protected] within 14 days of payment.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, feedback, approvals and account access we reasonably need to complete your project. Delays in providing these may move the delivery date.
6. Ownership of work
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final agreed deliverables passes to you. Third-party items such as stock photos, fonts, plugins and software remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, E Design Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service the claim relates to.
8. Ending a project
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be invoiced in line with section 4.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
